Recognizing Wholeness, LLC is proud to offer a simple meditation class that is specifically designed both for those who have never meditated before, as well as for those who have previously learned to meditate but find it difficult to do. There is nothing inherently difficult about the practice of meditation, and the Recognizing Wholeness meditation workshop is designed to teach meditation from the ground up without introducing the common misconceptions that lead to apparent difficulty. Meditation is simple, enjoyable, and relaxing, and there is no reason for it to ever seem otherwise.
There are many reasons to practice meditation: to reduce stress, to increase self-understanding, and to increase enjoyment of life, to name just a few.
